What's with the Altitude?

What happens when you take brilliant,  hardworking principals  with a desire to contribute and affect positive change to an industry? Let's find out...

Chief Revenue Officer  Brian Fitzgerald

With a long history of guiding management teams to success through talent and culture- based consulting, Brian has developed a keen eye for how things can be done better. His talents have led him to work with titans in a broad spectrum of industries, specializing in Executive & Board of Director Search, Client Development, Talent Assessment, and Board Education.

Over that last 5 years, Brian has focused primarily on the cannabis industry, and worked closely with the leadership of the most influential and dynamic teams in the business. With this unique perspective on the industry, seeing it develop from the inside out, as well as developing a vast network of trusted partners, he came to the realization that there could be a better way; To work collaboratively to create a culture and ecosystem that rewards everyone in the supply chain, not just the top tier.

Brian and his family relocated to Vermont during the pandemic, and with that change came the opportunity to create the vision he'd long imagined, to uphold Vermont's craft market of small producers.
